Nick "Chef Nickolas" Sandt, Chef/Owner of The Culinary Experience
"My passion is to create dishes with many layers of flavor. Because people eat with their eyes first, I like to plate my dishes with an artistic touch. I have always loved to cook and make people happy, so what better field than culinary? I love to watch peoples faces and expressions when they taste my food. When their eyes light up and I see their smile, I know I have created The Culinary Experience they deserve. "Nick, Head Chef has a degree in Applied Science with a Culinary background.
Nikki Sandt " Boss Lady Chef/Owner of the Culinary Experience & Catering
I’ve always had an “appetite for food”. Ever since I was as young as I can remember I started cooking with both my Mother and Grandmother. As I got older I started looking into Le Cordon Bleu, a culinary school. As my high school years came to an end I went another direction. I loved marketing and choose to continue that career path. Chef Nick and I met on September 4th, 2005. That’s when we realized we both had such a strong passion for food. I continued working while Nick went through culinary school. We studied together every day so it was like we were both in school anyway. Nick graduated from culinary school and with a little help, The Culinary Experience & Catering was born. Now, most of my time is spent behind my desk, or in the kitchen and banquet hall with Chef Nickolas and our staff family.
Bill Casaceli, Culinary Experience's "MADD Scientist"
** Bill Casaceli is no longer with us, but I can't find it in my heart to get rid of such a great team member, and friend, The "MADD SCIENTIST", weather near or far will always live in our kitchen, but most of all, our hearts. My Passion for food creation started in Mom's kitchen when I was three years old. From that foundation, I expressed my Italian heritage through these creations as I learned from my family, regional studies and my earlier culinary experience. Although I painfully left the culinary field to study and have a fourty year career in health care, I never stopped cooking, creating and studying food and nutrition as I traveled throughout America. A true blessing in my life was to have my journey bring me together with Nick and Dori during our culinary school experience. With Nick, Dori, and Nikki, I can add to our creative menus, with a focus on nutrition and healthy choices.
Kathy Hendershot, Culinary Experience Team Leader
Cooking and serving food to others has always been my passion. Growing up in a large family, get-togethers and good food was always a family tradition. I enjoy meeting new people and consider myself outgoing. Most of all I enjoy the good times and the expressions on the customers faces because the food is always delicious. The Culinary Experience is all that and more.
Triniti Sandt, The Culinary Experience Team Member
Triniti Sandt is the daughter of Chef Nickolas, grandaughter of the late, Linn Sandt. All of Triniti's culinary inspiration originated from her grandmother, Linn Sandt. Triniti is a sophmore at Liberty High School, studying Cosmotology at Bethlehem Area Vocational Techical School. She is hoping to one day be the make up artist for The Culinary Experience's brides. Triniti has an all around passion for people. Triniti has been experiencing many different avenues within the wedding industry. Everything from decorating, serving, cooking, to customer service. Triniti started with The Culinary Experience officially in March 2015. Triniti Jay Sandt is a true asset to The Culinary Experience & Catering
Nicole Scott, The Culinary Experience Team Leader
Nicole Scott joined The Culinary Experience at the end of 2014. Nicole is a go getter, and a natural team leader.
Rachel Cloutier, The Culinary Experience Team Leader & Soux Chef Mike Guercio
Rachel and Mike are a true asset to the Culinary Experience & Catering. They both have alot of knowledge. Between Mike running appetizers and helping with plated meals & clearing. To Rachel being on top of things, spot on with everything she does and is practically Nikki "Boss Lady's" right hand. The Culinary Experience & Catering is very blessed to have this duo on board.
Hope Sasz, The Culinary Experience Team Member
Hope has been with The Culinary Experience & Catering almost from the beginning. She is a great asset to us and we really appreciate all the skills she has developed. Its been fun watching her grow up to a valueable member of the community and someone people can look up to. Its been a pleasure to watch this young lady grow up.
